good for bristol

oh noooooooes - we're being evicted!

Oh well, this place was never going to last long.  Today Lloyds TSB got a possession order from the County Court.  We're now trying to find out roughly when the bailiffs will be coming so we can clear out first.  Chances are it'll be after the weekend, sometimes it takes a fortnight or so but probably they'll be quicker on this building.

We had a go at a 'proportionality' defence based on Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998 which gives people a right to a home.  We were just trying to buy a bit of time, maybe an extra fortnight or something.  Anyway, we didn't get anywhere although it was promising and worth trying.

So onto the next building.  An intriguing idea is squatting a public toilet.  And last night I came across a second public toilet that's worth investigating.  Both these toilets are closed, by the way - I'm not that sort of squatter.

Then there's a mahossive office block in the city centre.  Mmmmmm... tempting.
